Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered into a search form are sent to the independent provider that supplies its results. San Juan Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches on its own servers. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.

Like most hosted websites, the service may receive ordinary log data, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use aggregate patterns to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or related tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.

Use the Contact page. Texas does not provide one universal deletion system for every official public record in the sources reviewed. Texas Public Information Act procedures under Government Code Chapter 552 apply to government records, while address confidentiality and restrictions are record-specific. Requests about an official San Juan, Hidalgo County, or Texas record must go to that custodian.
